Miguel Dennis

B.Comm (Mgmt), MBA

Managing Director

Miguel is Siare's founder and Managing Director, responsible for the group's strategy, credit decisions, and financial performance.

His career spans four sides of property finance. He began in credit at Australia's major banks — NAB, ANZ and CBA — before moving into the non-bank and funds management sector with Trilogy Funds Management and Daiwa Capital Markets Australia, managing credit and property funds and providing capital and debt advisory for real estate investment and development. He has also worked in-house with property developer Wel.Co Group, and today runs his own development projects across Melbourne's inner west and regional Victoria alongside a standing construction joint-venture partner.

That combination — credit assessor, fund manager, adviser, and active developer with his own capital at risk — shapes how Siare operates: deals are structured the way credit teams need to read them, and managed by people who have been the borrower on projects exactly like them.

Miguel holds over 15 years' experience in financial services, a Bachelor's degree in Management from Murdoch University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management, UNSW.

Prue German

B.Comm, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Prue is Siare's Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the company's financial management, reporting, and internal controls.

A Certified Practising Accountant with more than a decade of experience across multinational manufacturing and consumer goods businesses, Prue has held finance business partnering and management accounting roles with Unilever, Wilmar Sugar Australia, and Campbell Arnott's. Her background spans budgeting and forecasting, capital expenditure management, product costing, and financial reporting, with deep experience in financial controls and audit — including coordinating a full fixed-asset audit involving 100% verification of 2,500 assets. She began her career in public practice, preparing financial statements and tax compliance for companies, trusts, and partnerships.

Prue brings rigorous financial discipline to Siare's finance function, supporting the accuracy, control, and integrity of the group's reporting. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Charles Sturt University and is a member of CPA Australia.

Brock Delfante

B.Comm, B.Sc, M.Pharm

Head of Operations, Governance & Risk

Brock leads Siare's operations, governance and risk function, responsible for the group's policy framework, compliance systems, and operational infrastructure.

He brings more than a decade of governance, risk and policy experience across regulated public and private organisations. His background includes senior policy roles within the Western Australian health system, clinical practice improvement and quality assurance at one of Australia's leading tertiary hospitals, and policy analysis at private health insurer HBF. He has served as a board director and on the executive committees of national professional bodies, and spent over six years as an Associate Lecturer at The University of Western Australia, with published peer-reviewed research on policy and consumer information design. More recently, Brock has worked in commercial operations as a lead data and business analyst, bringing systems and data capability alongside his governance expertise.

At Siare, Brock's focus is building the governance and risk architecture a growing financial services group requires — documented policies, conflict and compliance frameworks, and operational systems that scale.

Brock holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters Degree from The University of Western Australia, and completed the Emerging Leaders in Governance Program. He was a recipient of the Deeble Scholarship from the Australian Healthcare and Hospitals Association.

Andrew Bowen

Head of Client & Partner Success

Andrew leads Siare's client and partner function, responsible for the group's referral network, broker and adviser relationships, and the experience of borrowers and partners from first enquiry through to settlement.

He works daily with mortgage brokers, developers, investors and accountants across Australia — originating lending opportunities, building strategic referral partnerships, and structuring private credit solutions for time-sensitive and complex transactions across development finance, construction finance, bridging, and commercial property lending.

Andrew brings more than a decade of business development and relationship management experience across Australia and international markets, including national-level roles serving technology, government, and professional services sectors, and several years managing client relationships in the Middle East. His strength is turning a first conversation into a long-term partnership — understanding what a broker or borrower actually needs, and staying accountable for the outcome from scenario to settlement.

At Siare, Andrew's focus is simple: when a deal is stuck, urgent, or doesn't fit a standard credit box, partners have one person to call — and they stay in control of their client relationship throughout.
