One business, built from four vantage points
Siare originates, structures, finances and manages property capital across Australia — private credit and equity for investors, development and commercial finance for borrowers, and a referral network for the professionals who introduce both. What holds it together is the experience behind it: our people have assessed credit inside the major banks, managed property funds in private credit, arranged the facilities other brokers turned away, and developed their own sites. That range is why we can structure the deals that do not fit a form.

Siare is Australia's vertically integrated property investment platform. We originate, structure, finance and manage high-quality property projects across Australia — deploying investor capital with rigorous due diligence and complete transparency at every stage. On the projects we develop ourselves, we take a position in the equity alongside our investors, on the same terms.

Institutional credibility, transparent structure
The Fund's trustee, Bardin Capital, holds AFSL 247858; Siare Private Investments manages the Fund as its authorised representative. Every position is documented, secured and disclosed — including where we hold an interest of our own.
Every side of the table, in one team
Siare is led by a small, senior team. Between them they have worked every side of property finance — credit assessment inside Australia's major banks, funds and credit management in the non-bank sector, capital and debt advisory, and active property development with their own capital at risk.
Alongside that sits financial control led by a Certified Practising Accountant with more than a decade in multinational finance, a governance and risk function built by a practitioner from regulated public and private institutions, and a client and partner team with over a decade of relationship management across Australian and international markets.
That range is deliberate. It means a transaction is assessed the way a credit team will read it, structured the way an adviser would want it, controlled to the standard an AFSL demands, and managed by people who have been the borrower on projects exactly like it.
