Our authorisation.

Siare operates as an Authorised Representative (AR 001 317 963) of Bardin Capital Pty Ltd, which holds Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) 247858. This authorisation permits Siare to provide financial services within the scope of Bardin Capital's licence.

You will receive our Credit Guide before we provide credit assistance, and any fee payable by you is disclosed in writing before you proceed. Development services are general commercial services and are not provided under our AFSL or credit licence.

For complaints, disputes, or further information regarding Siare's authorisation, licensing, or compliance obligations, contact our team or refer to the Complaints & Dispute Resolution page. The Licensee is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). We disclose any related-party or other material conflicts of interest in writing before providing services, consistent with our Conflicts of Interest Policy.
