Regulatory authorisation and disclosure

Siare operates as an Authorised Representative (AR 001 317 963) of Bardin Capital Pty Ltd, which holds Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) 247858. This authorisation permits Siare to provide financial services within the scope of Bardin Capital's licence.

The financial services and products described on this website are provided by Siare only to wholesale clients as defined under section 761G of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Siare does not provide financial services to retail clients. If you are uncertain whether you qualify as a wholesale client, contact our team before proceeding.

Nothing on this website constitutes personal financial advice or a recommendation to acquire any financial product. All information is general in nature only and does not take into account your personal circumstances, financial position, or objectives. Before making any investment decision, you should obtain personal financial advice from a licensed financial adviser who understands your situation.

The Siare Private Investments Income Fund is an open-ended, wholesale, unregistered managed investment scheme constituted by a Unit Trust Deed, with Bardin Capital Pty Ltd as trustee and issuer of units. The offer of Ordinary Units is made under an Information Memorandum, and deal-specific Classes are offered under Supplementary Information Memoranda (SIMs) — no product disclosure statement is required or available, and the Information Memorandum has not been lodged with ASIC. Acquisition of any product is subject to completion of Wholesale Investor certification and acceptance of all applicable terms. Supporting policies — including the Fund's Valuation Policy, Conflicts of Interest Policy and Privacy Policy — are available from the Manager on request.

For complaints, disputes, or further information regarding Siare's authorisation, licensing, or compliance obligations, contact our team or refer to the Complaints & Dispute Resolution page. The Licensee is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). Related-party transactions are managed under the Fund's Conflicts of Interest Policy, consistent with ASIC Regulatory Guide 181 — conflicted transactions must be on arm's-length terms, approved by the Investment Committee and recorded in the Conflicts Register.
