- Siare is a Melbourne-based property finance and development specialist. We arrange and structure finance for developers, investors and business borrowers — and home loans for individuals — and we help developers assess, plan and deliver their projects, from site assessment and feasibility through planning approvals and project management.
- Siare Private Investments Pty Ltd acts as Corporate Authorised Representative (001 317 963) of Bardin Capital Pty Ltd, which holds AFSL 247858 and is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Financial services are provided in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and associated regulations. We maintain professional indemnity insurance and comply with all applicable financial services laws.
- Our team includes experienced operators in property finance, development and capital markets. We disclose all material conflicts of interest in writing before providing services, so you know where we stand before you engage us.

Services and products
Business and development finance
We arrange and structure finance for developers, investors and business borrowers, placing it with lenders on our panel whose policy fits the deal — development and construction finance, bridging finance, second mortgages and mezzanine, residual stock finance, and commercial and corporate debt. This is business- and investment-purpose credit, and approval is always the lender's decision.
Home loans
Siare's consumer credit services are provided by Site Solutions (VIC) Pty Ltd (ABN 89 640 891 238), Australian Credit Representative Number 526276, authorised by Connective Credit Services Pty Ltd (ABN 51 143 651 496), Australian Credit Licence 389328. You will receive our Credit Guide before we provide credit assistance, and any fee payable by you is disclosed in writing before you proceed.
Development services
We help developers assess, plan and deliver their projects, from site assessment and feasibility through planning approvals and project management. Development services are not financial services and are not provided under our AFSL or credit licence.
Conflicts of interest
We manage conflicts of interest by disclosing all material conflicts in writing before providing services, and by keeping clear separation between the people who arrange finance for you and any other work we do. Our Conflicts of Interest Policy is available on request.
How we are paid
We are usually paid by commission from lenders on the loans we arrange. For home loans, this commission is paid to us via our licensee, Connective. Any fee payable by you is disclosed and agreed with you in writing before we act. We may also pay referral fees to people who introduce you to us, and we will tell you if that applies to your matter.
Complaint handling
We take complaints seriously and have established procedures to resolve them quickly and fairly. Complaints should be made in writing to our Complaints Officer. We will acknowledge receipt within one business day and provide a response within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
